    • Join us on Monday 11th June for a free workshop that will help you to find the answers to these questions. Using creative and fun exercises, we will help you to develop a Personal Development plan, motivating you to focus on your aspirations and achieving your goals. Stay with us for free lunch, network with other ladies and enjoy delicious food!

    In the afternoon, we will be learning the ancient art of belly dancing! Many women today approach this art as a tool for empowerment and strengthening of the body, mind and spirit. Issues of body-image and self esteem will also be addressed in the class.
